We use collected information to provision and operate Services, provide customer support, invoice and collect payment, monitor service quality and fraud, comply with legal obligations, and improve our offerings. We do not sell personal information.
4. Voice data & CDRs
Call detail records may include originating and destination numbers, timestamps, duration, and routing metadata. CDRs are retained for billing, troubleshooting, and regulatory compliance for periods consistent with our data retention schedule and applicable law.
5. Disclosure
We may share information with upstream carriers and infrastructure providers necessary to deliver voice services, payment processors, professional advisors, and authorities when required by law. All third parties are expected to handle data consistent with contractual obligations.

We implement administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect information, including access controls and encrypted signaling/media options where supported. No method of transmission over the Internet is completely secure.
