Terms of Service
1. Agreement
By accessing our website or using Services provided by Enhanced VoIP Communications Inc., you agree to these Terms of Service, our Privacy Policy, Acceptable Use Policy, and any service order or quote that incorporates them by reference.
2. Services
We provide SIP trunking, managed VoIP, numbering, and related telecommunications services. Service scope, pricing, channel limits, and features are defined in your signed order form or written quote.
3. Account responsibilities
You are responsible for accurate account information, safeguarding credentials, configuring equipment correctly, and ensuring your use complies with applicable laws and our Acceptable Use Policy. You must notify us promptly of unauthorized access or security incidents.
4. Billing & payment
Fees are billed according to your service plan—recurring charges, usage-based fees, porting fees, or setup costs as quoted. Late payments may result in suspension after notice. Taxes apply where required.
5. Service availability
We target high availability for voice services but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Maintenance windows, upstream carrier events, and customer-side network issues may affect call completion. See our Service Level document for committed targets where applicable.
6. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Enhanced VoIP is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of the Services. Our aggregate liability is limited to fees paid by you for the affected Services in the three months preceding the claim.
7. Termination
Either party may terminate according to the service order terms. We may suspend or terminate immediately for material breach, non-payment, or violations of the Acceptable Use Policy. Upon termination, you remain responsible for accrued charges.
8. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Ontario.
